Champagne and Caviar have 36 years experience of all types of catering. Examples include weddings and buffets, private and corporate dinners, lunches and canapé parties. They cater for many local businesses and supply delicatessens and farm shops with delights such as pates, pies, meringues and other puddings.


They have catered from many different venues in East Sussex and further afield including London galleries and offices, the Houses of Parliament, Glyndebourne and Goodwood. Some of the more unusual and personalised ones include marquees, barns, and modern and ancient buildings.


The enthusiastic and dedicated team pride themselves in their creativity and provide a friendly and professional approach. Champagne and Caviar enjoy the challenges of new ideas and menus, and work hard to meet any of the requests an event might require. One of the important aspects of any meal is a delicate and complimentary balance of food and drink. Katherine works closely with Peter from Hailsham Cellars to ensure this is achieved.


 They are happy to provide advise for venues and the hiring of marquees, china, linen and glass to make a beautiful and elegant event including flowers, smart service staff and of course chefs. Other services from Champagne and Caviar include meals delivered to your own home, and seasonal food such as picnics, barbeques and hampers.


Operating from premises in “Kerridge’s Yard” off Hailsham’s George Street the capable team apply their talents to producing delicious food for a wide range of functions. Champagne and Caviar also have a tantalising range of ready prepared meals for the freezer. It is always worth a visit to the kitchen where you will find one off delicacies such as venison or wild duck and seasonal fare. Their commitment to using local produce and supporting local businesses has led to long partnerships with both suppliers and clients.
